1. Who we are and what these terms cover

My Website Listing is a brand name of Networks Etc L.L.C. ("we", "us", "our"). Networks Etc L.L.C. provides local SEO and business listing management services through mywebsitelisting.online under the My Website Listing brand. By using our website or purchasing a service, you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms. If you're engaging us on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

2. What our services are — and are not

Our services consist of professional labor: auditing, setting up, optimizing, and managing business listings and citations; advising on review strategy and on-page local SEO; and reporting on our work.

Creating a Google Business Profile and most basic directory listings is free, and our fees are for our time and expertise — never for the listings themselves. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google, Microsoft, Bing, or any directory we submit to. Platform features, policies, and availability are controlled by those platforms and may change at any time.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Search rankings and visibility are determined by third-party algorithms and many factors outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, position, volume of traffic, calls, or revenue. We commit to performing the work described in your plan competently, consistently, and transparently — and to reporting honestly on results.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Monthly plans are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis at the price published on our pricing page when you signed up.
• There are no setup fees on monthly plans and no hidden charges. Any work outside your plan will be quoted separately in writing and requires your approval before we begin.
• If a payment fails, we'll notify you and retry; if payment can't be collected, we may pause work until the account is current.
• If we ever change plan pricing, existing clients receive at least 30 days' written notice before the new price applies.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, by emailing hello@mywebsitelisting.online before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum terms. Cancellation stops future billing; service continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Your listings and profiles remain live and under your ownership, and we provide a handover summary of where your business information is managed.

6. Refunds

• Monthly plans: if you're unhappy within the first 14 days of a new subscription, we'll refund that first month's fee in full on request.
• One-time Audit & Setup package: full refund if you cancel before work begins. Once work has started, we refund a fair prorated amount based on the portion completed.
• Outside these cases, fees for work already performed are not refundable, since they pay for labor already delivered.
• Refund requests are answered within two business days and processed to the original payment method.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date business information and tell us promptly when something changes (address, hours, phone number, ownership).
• Complete any verification steps required by platforms (for example, Google Business Profile verification), which only the business owner can complete.
• Grant and maintain the access we need to do the work. We will only ever request manager-level access, never your personal passwords.
• Confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, or content you provide to us.

8. Ethical conduct

We do not buy, sell, write, or incentivize fake reviews; create misleading listings; or use techniques that violate platform guidelines. We reserve the right to decline or end an engagement if a client insists on practices that are deceptive or that breach platform rules or applicable law.

9. Ownership

You own your business profiles, listings, and the content you provide. Reports, checklists, and documentation we create for your account are yours to keep. We retain the right to reuse our general methods, templates, and know-how.

10. Website use

The content on mywebsitelisting.online is provided for general information. You may not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as listing suspensions, feature changes, or algorithm updates) that are outside our control — though we will always help you respond to them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated to active clients by email before they take effect.
